Our stylish and cozy holiday apartments were created here with great attention to detail. Enjoy peace and quiet - draw strength - forget everyday life. The best time of the year can begin here in a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

When winter comes and the landscape is wrapped in glittering white, the snow-capped mountains beckon and the bright blue sky makes the valley shine, then our mountains are a winter fairy tale. The crystal clear air makes you want to get on the cross-country ski trail right at the house. Approx. 15 km of groomed trails in Oberschšnau are prepared for classic style and for skaters.

The wonderful Rumdum mountain view will inspire you. The first hiking trails start not far from the house and the Königssee can be reached after approx. 2 km. The small town center of Oberschönau with butcher, bakery, bank and restaurant is approx. 800 m, the center of Schönau with tourist information, town hall, outdoor pool, pharmacy, etc. is a good 1.5 km away.

Our garden is real nature, real summer vacation, relax comfortably in the sun bed under the apple tree, or with a blanket and an exciting book in your hand in the middle of the green.
