Our new, comfortable and cozy holiday apartment for 2-3 people with two bedrooms and a private entrance is located in a quiet, central residential area on the ground floor of our 2-family house. You live at the foot of the Obersalzberg, 5 minutes from the Watzmann thermal baths. The Berchtesgadener Ache flows past the house, the Obersalzbergbahn starts next door. In 10 minutes you can walk to the center of Berchtesgaden. Supermarket, bus stop, Watzmanntherme, ice rink and salt mine are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment has a separate kitchen with dining area, a large living room with couch, spacious dining area and access to the terrace with garden, a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. A terrace including garden furniture, a lounger and a barbecue area is at your disposal, you have free WiFi and a free parking space at the house. Bed linen and towels are provided.
