Chalet Apartments Schoberlehen

The Schoberlehen offers you a holiday on the farm and exclusivity in a fantastic, undeveloped, secluded location. Tradition and customs are still very important in our region.

Our farm is picturesquely situated on a hill of 680 meters with a view of the wonderful mountains of the Berchtesgadener Land in a prime, secluded location. The panoramic view pans from the Kehlstein over the Watzmann to the Hochkalter - a view that makes us grateful every day. Ramsau and Berchtesgaden are five km away, you can reach Königssee in about 15 minutes, it takes about 40 minutes to get to Salzburg and the border with Austria is also very close.

We have furnished our three chalet apartments with love and high-quality details: with us you can expect down blankets instead of synthetic fiber blankets because you simply sleep better in them. The furniture comes from a carpenter, the loden fabric from “Steiner Tirol”, the kitchen is equipped with the best appliances, we get the natural cosmetics from “Chiemsee Liebe” and the coffee for the fine Jura machine comes from a small, fine roastery in the area. Fresh rolls are provided with a daily bread roll service.
Since the apartments vary in size, couples and families with children will find exactly the right thing for themselves. In addition to the fine furnishings, all three have one thing in common: an overwhelming view. To the east towards Kehlstein, to the south towards Watzmann to west to Hochkalter. With us you can rightly say: the mountains are calling!

From our house you can quickly get to the center of Berchtesgaden or to excursion destinations such as Königssee, Kehlstein, Jenner, Berchtesgaden National Park, Ramsau, Hintersee, Watzmanntherme, salt mines, family ski areas, cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, Salzburg.

Our house was built around 1900 with a lot of Bavarian charm in a traditional style. It is in a quiet, very sunny location and is known for its hospitality and family atmosphere. The center of Berchtesgaden with its diverse attractions is approx. 2 km away.

Numerous hikes that you can start directly from our house will make your vacation unforgettable. Many hiking trails are cleared even in winter. You can also use the cross-country ski trail about 300m away.

Königssee, Jennerbahn, outdoor pool, LL-Loipe, ski lift, bobsleigh and toboggan run, restaurants, shops and spa treatments are easily accessible on foot.

The house is in an absolutely quiet and sunny location at the foot of the Grünstein. From the kitchen or the living room you can reach the terrace directly, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun with a wonderful mountain view. For children, the 500m² lawn offers the opportunity to play. The nearest bus stop is only 50m away. Shops, restaurants, ski lift, cross-country ski trail, outdoor pool and the Königssee are in the immediate vicinity and can also be easily reached on foot.
